Q1. What photo editing services you offer?

We provide tons of editing services to make your work easy from Raw Image Manipulation, photo retouching, clipping path, Image Enhancement, background editing, masking to banners& logo design as well.

Q2. Do you offer free trial?

Yes we do provide free trials on your first three pictures- No strings attached, all you have to do is send us your work through FTP, Dropbox or any other source you prefer.

Q3. How do I get started?

In order to get started you just need to fill one form with all your details including uploading pictures for free trials. We will get back to you with price quotations, your pictures. For further queries, you can contact us through our inbuilt messenger who is available at your service 24*7 or just ping us info@editpichub.com.

Q4. How I can send images for editing? Do you provide FTP? How you insure security of FTP?

You can send us your files by filling a short form with required details and upload your picture which needs to be edited through mobile, tablet or computer or send us files through any medium you prefer. We also provide FTP account where you can upload and download your file. The services provided to you are fully secure as each user has its own account and password to maintain full privacy.

Q5. What kind of files do you accept?

We accept pictures in GIF, JPF, PNG,EPS, PSD and DNG, RW2, TIFF for raw format pictures.

Q6. How do you ensure safety of my photos including edited pictures? Do you have privacy policy?

Customer’s security is our utmost duty and there is no compromise with that , we sign confidentiality agreement with our employees so there is no need to worry as your pictures will not be used outside for any other purpose. We have installed protection in all the system and for any other queries check our privacy guidelines.

Q7. What is your turnaround time?

In working hours we have a quick turnaround as per the deadline in any format you want and
for bulk pictures up to 1000 we take 18 hours standard turnaround time.

Q8. Do I need to pay for the corrections I might have?

There is no scope of error if we have understood your instructions properly but if in case there is some miscommunications and corrections are need to be done, whether it is minor or major don’t
worry we have cover it all and that too absolutely free.

Q9. Any discounts for large number of photos?

Yes we have special prices and discounts for large orders.
